Contest Rules for Olympic IQ 2024
§1. Definitions
- Regulations – refers to this document outlining the rules, scope, and conditions of participation in the Olympic IQ 2024 contest, organized by the Organizer, as well as the services provided electronically via the betIt.ai Website/Application (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
- The services provided through the betIt.ai Website/Application include the provision of educational content in text form. The betIt.ai Website/Application is a platform that provides access to this content. The specification of the above-mentioned elements of the Service is for informational purposes only, and the absence of any of these elements does not mean that the Service Provider has failed to provide the Service.
- Contest Task/Task – a set of questions or tasks prepared to assess the knowledge, skills, or aptitudes of the Participant in the Olympic IQ 2024 contest. The Task may take the form of single or multiple-choice questions, and the Participant must answer by selecting the correct option or performing specific actions described in the contest instruction to earn points or achieve a result evaluated by the Contest Organizer.
- Organizer – a legal or natural entity responsible for preparing, conducting, and coordinating a specified Event, Contest, Project, Test, Task, or Initiative, as defined in these Regulations, i.e., PRM CORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in Czeladź at ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, NIP: 6252466528, REGON: 381211948, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs KRS in the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Economic Division, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 fully paid, operator of the betIt.ai Website/Application.
- Fair Play Rules – fair and clean competition, respect for the opponent, the ability to celebrate one’s own successes with dignity, but also to honorably endure failures, which are an integral part of a specific event, project, test, or initiative, as defined in these Regulations.
- Event – in the context of these Regulations, means an organized, planned public activity that can take the form of an Action, Contest, Project, Test, Task, Initiative, or other forms defined in these Regulations.
- Contest – a procedure based on the principles of competition. Participants answer questions or perform tasks set by the Contest Organizer. The goal is to achieve the best possible result, which translates into earning points. The highest-scoring results or performances are rewarded with Prizes or distinctions.
- Sponsor – an institution or private person who funds a specified event, contest, project, test, task, or initiative, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. In this contest, the role of the Sponsor is held by PRM CORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in Czeladź at ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, NIP: 6252466528, REGON: 381211948, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs KRS in the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Economic Division, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 fully paid, operator of the betIt.ai Website/Application.
- Contest Task/Task/Quiz – a set of questions or tasks prepared to assess the knowledge, skills, or aptitudes of the Contest Participant. The Task may take the form of single or multiple-choice questions, and the Participant must answer by selecting the correct option or performing specific actions described in the contest instruction to earn points or achieve a result evaluated by the Contest Organizer.
- Ranking – the classification of Participants or results in order from best to worst, based on numerical values assigned according to established criteria.
- Age Category/Age Group – a group of participants divided based on a common characteristic, such as age or school class, to ensure equal chances in the Contest.
- Participant – a natural person actively participating in an event, project, testing, task, or other initiative organized by the Organizer, who has agreed to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
- User – a person or entity using the Services provided electronically by the Organizer, including access to the betIt.ai Website/Application, who has accepted the provisions of these Regulations and the Regulations of the betIt.ai Website/Application.
- Student – a natural person studying in an educational institution, under pedagogical supervision and included in the education system. The child’s school obligation begins at the start of the school year in the calendar year in which the child turns 7 and lasts until the completion of primary school, but no longer than until the age of 18. Article 35 paragraph 1 of the Education Law Act establishes the so-called school obligation and learning until the age of 18. It results from the provisions of Article 70 of the Constitution, which guarantees the right to education.
- Teacher – a person who imparts knowledge to others, endowed with authority and serving as a role model; an appropriately prepared specialist to conduct didactic and educational work in educational institutions.
- Parent – a person biologically or legally related to the User/Student/Participant underage using the Application. The parent plays a central role in the upbringing, care, and supervision of the minor, especially in the context of using the Application, and is responsible for complying with the Regulations, ensuring the safety, and appropriate behavior of the minor while using the Application.
- Adult – an adult person, not studying and not attending school, i.e., not covered by the school obligation resulting from Polish educational law. It is a person who has reached the age of majority, which is associated with the completion of 18 years of age, in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- School – an educational institution whose primary task is to provide formal education. It is a place where children and youth acquire general and specialized knowledge, develop skills, and form social and moral attitudes necessary for living in society.
- Winner/Participant Distinguished in the Contest – a person who, thanks to their achievements and activity, stood out among the other Participants, meeting the strictly defined criteria in the Regulations. This person has the right to receive the Prizes or distinctions provided for in the Contest. The status of Winner or Distinguished Participant is granted after thorough verification of the results and meeting all formal requirements, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Contest Regulations.
- Service/Website/Platform/Application/Mobile Application/Web Application/betIt.ai Application / betIt.ai Mobile Application/ betIt.ai Web Application – an integrated tool or place on the internet, a website, created and managed by the Organizer, that provides Users with access to specified content or services, i.e., the betIt.ai Website, the betIt.ai Web Application available at https://betit.ai/, or the betIt.ai Mobile Application, which can be downloaded via the App Store and Google Play.
- App Store Application – a digital distribution platform with applications for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch, created by Apple Inc. The applications in the store are created by the owner of the App Store, the company Apple, and by people who have the iOS SDK package. The App Store contains paid and free applications and games.
- Google Play Application – Google’s online store with applications, games, music, books, magazines, movies, and TV programs. The content from the store is intended for use on devices running the Android operating system.
- Event Result: Contest, Action, Project, Test, Task, or Initiative – the point result obtained by the Participant after completing the Contest Task/Quiz, calculated according to the evaluation criteria established by the Organizer.
- Contest Duration, Action, Project, Test, Task, or Initiative – the time frame within which the Participant must start and complete the Test/Task/Quiz, as specified in these Regulations.
- Prize – a distinction awarded to the Participant for outstanding achievements or results in the Contest/Test/Quiz/Event organized by the Organizer. The prize can take various forms, including material and immaterial objects, electronic devices, diplomas, cups, medals, or gift vouchers, as specified in these Regulations.
- Target Group – the group of people specified in these Regulations to whom the Organizer’s actions, products, or services are directed.
- Underage Participants – people under the age of 18 participating in the Event/Project/Study/Task/Contest, whose participation requires the consent of a Legal Guardian or Statutory Representative.
- Legal Guardian – a parent, person, or institution designated to care for a minor in cases specified by law. The legal guardian acts as the statutory representative of the child, looks after its well-being, represents it in legal matters, and protects its interests in all aspects of life.
- Statutory Representative – a person authorized to act on behalf of another person under legal regulations or court rulings. The statutory representative must have full legal capacity. The actions performed by the statutory representative on behalf of the represented person have direct legal effects for that person.
- Privacy Policy – a document containing information on how the Organizer collects, processes, and stores users’ personal data, ensuring transparency and security of data processing.
- Marketing Consents – a voluntary and unequivocal declaration of intent by the User, expressing acceptance of receiving promotional and advertising information from the Organizer, including information about Events: Contests, Tests, Studies, Actions, etc.
- Web Browser – software used to view content available on the internet, enabling interaction with internet services.
- Internet Connection – a connection that allows access to the internet, with data transfer speed expressed in kilobits per second (Kb/s) or megabits per second (Mb/s).
- Mobile Application – a computer program designed to operate on portable devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, or tablets. Mobile applications are typically created for specific platforms, such as iOS (Apple’s operating system) or Android (Google’s operating system).
- Web Application – a computer program accessible through a web browser, enabling interactive use of various online functions and services.
- Personal Data – any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, processed in accordance with applicable law.
- GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, EU legal provisions aimed at protecting the privacy and personal data of EU citizens. The regulation establishes principles for processing personal data, their protection, and the free flow of such data.
- Civil Code – a legal act constituting a fundamental source of civil law in Poland, containing a set of norms regulating legal relations between entities, including rights and obligations of parties, regulations concerning contracts, obligations, and property rights.
- Personal Data Administrator – an entity or natural person who independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. The administrator is responsible for ensuring that processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
§2. General Provisions
- This Regulation defines the rules, scope, and conditions for participation in the Contest Rules for Olympic IQ 2024 Competition.
- The organizer of the competition is PRM CORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Czeladź at ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, NIP: 6252466528, REGON: 381211948, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register at the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 fully paid, operator of the betIt.ai Internet Service/ betIt.ai Application.
- The founder/sponsor of the competition prizes is PRM CORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Czeladź at ul. Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, NIP: 6252466528, REGON: 381211948, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register at the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 fully paid, operator of the betIt.ai Internet Service/ betIt.ai Application.
- The content of these Regulations is available on the betIt.ai Internet Service/ betIt.ai Application.
- Participation in the competition is free and voluntary. It will take place exclusively under the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the rules of the betIt.ai Internet Service/ betIt.ai Application, as well as the principles of fair play.
- To participate in the competition, an active email account is required.
- Participation in the competition is technically possible using a computer, tablet, and mobile phone with access to a stable internet connection.
- The competition will be conducted via the betIt.ai Internet Service available at https://betit.ai/.
§3. Duration of the Competition
- Duration of the Competition:
The Olympic IQ 2024 contest will take place on:
A. 🇦🇺Australia:
August 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) / 5:30 PM Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) / 4:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time (AWST). The contest application will stop accepting answers at 6:07 PM AEST.
B. 🇬🇧UK:
4th August 2024, at 7:00 PM London Time. The contest application will stop accepting answers at 7:07 PM.
C. 🇺🇸USA:
August 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (6:00 PM Central Time, 5:00 PM Mountain Time, 4:00 PM Pacific Time). The contest application will stop accepting answers at 7:07 PM ET.
D. 🇫🇷France:
4th August 2024, at 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET). The contest application will stop accepting answers at 6:07 PM CET.
E. 🇮🇹Italy:
4th August 2024, at 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET). The contest application will stop accepting answers at 6:07 PM CET.
- On this day, the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition will be available on the betIT.ai website during the specified hours.
- Participants have a predetermined time to complete the tasks in the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition. The time allotted to complete the tasks is 4 minutes. The time taken to complete the quiz affects the final result.
- The start and end times and dates of the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition are calculated according to the Polish time zone in effect during the competition period, as per the server hosting the betIt.ai Internet Service.
- The results of the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition will be announced and made available after verification, in the form of a ranking without age categories, no later than 11 August 2024 on the Organizer’s website.
- Participants entitled to a prize will receive separate notifications of the Competition Results sent by email to the address provided during registration, no later than 20 August 2024. These dates may be extended in the case of a tiebreaker or technical reasons.
- The Organizer will inform the winners of the Competition about the prize shipment dates by email to the address provided during registration.
§4. Rules and Course of the Competition
- The Olympic IQ 2024 Competition is organized on the betit.ai web application, accessible worldwide.
- To participate correctly in the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition, you must:
A. Select the “JOIN THE COMPETITION” button on the main page (the user will be redirected to the competition application);
B. Read and accept the Competition Regulations;
C. Select the button to start the Quiz;
D. Complete the Quiz within the allotted time;
E. After completing the Quiz, fill out the form with personal information and submit your answers. - The Olympic IQ 2024 Competition consists of completing a Quiz, which involves:
A. Marking the correct answers to questions prepared by the Organizer concerning the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris. The questions will cover various aspects of the Olympic Games, such as Olympic history, key events, sports records, and current events related to the 2024 Games. - The Quiz does not include various levels of difficulty due to the lack of age categories. All participants in the Competition receive the same questions.
- The Olympic IQ 2024 Competition will be held without age categories. The following applies:
A. A common ranking for all participants, with the main prizes awarded to the highest scores; - The competition quiz will appear on the website during the Competition Duration specified in §3 of these Regulations.
- The competition quiz may contain up to 20 closed or open questions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the number of competition tasks, meaning the number of questions may increase or decrease. The final number of competition questions will be provided in the competition application.
- Participants receive a sum of points for completing the Quiz. The score depends on:
A. The number of correct answers marked;
B. The time taken to complete the task. - Points are awarded and calculated based on an algorithm developed by the Organizer, the logic of which is a trade secret.
- The ranking includes only the first attempt of the competition task/quiz.
- The final result of the Competition may appear in the ranking with a delay.
- The final ranking presented by the Organizer may contain the following data:
A. Username;
B. Total points scored;
C. Position achieved. - During the competition task, participants are prohibited from:
A. Using any study aids or other printed and multimedia materials;
B. Closing the browser window or application in which the competition task is being completed;
C. Using websites that provide test/quiz-solving aids, such as chatbots.
§5. Participants of the Competition – Participation, Disqualification, Consents
- A participant in the Competition can be any natural person residing in any country.
- Minor participants, according to the law applicable to their place of residence, must obtain the consent of a parent or other guardian to participate in the Competitions.
- In the case of a minor (according to Polish law), only their legal representatives or guardians are entitled to collect any prizes won in the Competition.
- Employees and associates of the Organizer, Founder/Sponsor, and their family members (ascendants, descendants, spouses, siblings) are excluded from participating in the Competition.
- The condition for participation in the Competition is the acceptance of these Competition Regulations, marketing consents, Fair play principles, the Regulations of the betit.ai Internet Service, and the Privacy Policy of the betit.ai Internet Service.
- A natural person can participate in the Competition only as one specified Participant.
- It is prohibited to participate in the Competition as more than one Participant.
- If the Organizer notices that one Participant has registered more than once, the Organizer reserves the right to verify the data and disqualify the User without the need to contact the Participant to verify which account is correct.
- A Participant may be disqualified in the event of:
A. Violation of the betit.ai Internet Service Regulations;
B. Violation of the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition Regulations;
C. Attempting to improperly influence the Ranking;
D. Acting against Fair play principles;
E. Attempting fraud;
F. Providing false data. - Disqualification means the cancellation of all the current results of the Participant and the loss of the Participant’s right to any potential Prizes if applicable.
- The Organizer reserves the right that the final Competition Results may differ from the final Ranking available on the Organizer’s Internet Service page due to the potential disqualification of a Participant.
§6. Competition Prizes
- The prizes in the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition, funded by the Sponsors, are awarded by the Organizer in accordance with the Regulations.
- Participants will be informed about their right to a Prize along with the Competition Results via email to the address provided during the registration process, i.e., participation in the Competition.
- The Organizer will inform the Winner about the shipping dates of the Prize via email to the email address provided during registration.
- The prizes for completing the Competition Task are specified by the Competition Organizer before its start.
- The prizes may include, among others: books, educational items, school supplies, sports equipment, electronic devices, toys, games, gift vouchers, subscriptions, etc. The prizes must be selected from the official Olympic shop OLYMPIC SHOP.
- Prizes are not exchangeable for cash equivalents or other types of prizes.
- A Participant may receive one or several prizes/products (physical or electronic) or gift cards, which do not exceed the specified gross value of the Prize for a given ranking position.
- The number of awarded Prizes is decided by the Organizer each time, and this information is communicated to the Winner in an email sent by the Organizer after the conclusion of the Competition.
- Prizes are not exchangeable or returnable.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any damage to the Prizes that occur during transport.
- The Organizer does not participate in complaint procedures.
- Income obtained from the Prize won in the Olympic IQ 2024 Competition does not exceed the amount of 2000.00 PLN gross and therefore is not subject to taxation (Article 21(1)(68) of the Personal Income Tax Act).
- The Organizer and Sponsors do not cover (finance) or reimburse (refund) any costs incurred by Participants in connection with participation in the Competition.
- The method of prize shipment will be determined by the Organizer, who will inform the Participants via email.
- From the date of receiving the information about winning, the Winner/Participant has 14 days to respond and provide or confirm the data and collect the Prize.
- The responsibility for providing correct shipping details, as specified in the email, lies with the Winner/Highlighted Participant. Failure to collect the Prize within the specified period or providing incorrect shipping details results in the retention of the Prize ownership by the Organizer.
- Lack of response to the Organizer’s message, failure to collect the Prize at the specified correspondence address or collection point within the set time will be treated as a resignation from the Prize. In such a case, the ownership of the Prize remains with the Organizer. The Organizer does not resend the Prize if it was not collected in the first instance.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the Prize to subsequent competitions if the Prize is not collected within the aforementioned period.
- The Organizer may require the Winner/Participant to provide the following information necessary for Prize shipment: A. First and last name, B. Correspondence address, C. Two nearest pick-up points for parcel lockers (in countries that have this form of delivery), D. Phone number, E. Username provided during Competition registration.
- The top 3 Participants in the Competition will be awarded the Main Prizes.
- Prizes will be awarded without age category division.
Olympic IQ 2024 Competition
1st Place Official gadgets of the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris with a maximum total value of 300 euros.
2nd Place Official gadgets of the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris with a maximum total value of 200 euros.
3rd Place Official gadgets of the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris with a maximum total value of 100 euros.
§7. Cookies
- The Service Provider collects data related to the User in the form of so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small text files created during the use of BetIt.ai and are stored on the Device.
- Cookies store technical data related solely to the User’s use of BetIt.ai, such as the date of connection to BetIt.ai servers, the IP address of the Device, the dates of using BetIt.ai, and its various functions. This data is used exclusively for the purposes specified in paragraph 3 and does not allow for the identification of an individual User. Cookies do not store data entered by the User in other applications on the Device.
- The Service Provider has access to and uses cookies to facilitate the provision of services available on BetIt.ai, as well as to improve and develop these services and BetIt.ai itself by analyzing the User’s behavior on BetIt.ai. The Service Provider processes data contained in cookies automatically.
- The User does not have to accept cookies (by making appropriate settings on the Device), but this may cause the Application not to function fully correctly.
- Cookies do not constitute malicious software (such as viruses or Trojan horses), do not alter the Device’s hardware configuration, and can be deleted by the User at any time.
§8. Complaint Procedure
- The right to file a complaint regarding the non-compliance of the conduct of the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest with the Regulations is granted to each Participant during the Duration of the Contest and for up to 14 days after the end of the Duration of the Contest.
- Complaints related to theOlympic IQ 2024 Contest can be submitted electronically via email to bet@betit.ai, with the subject line “Complaint Olympic IQ 2024 Contest.”
- The complaint should include at least the identifying information of the person – the User submitting the complaint (username, email address provided during Contest registration), along with a detailed description and reason for the complaint. If the information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, the Organizer will request additional information before processing the complaint.
- The Organizer reviews the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and promptly informs the Participant of the decision.
- The basis for resolving the complaint will be the mandatory provisions of law and the terms of these Regulations.
- The Organizer will notify the complainant of the resolution electronically.
- The decision of the Organizer regarding the complaint is final and binding.
§9. Personal Data
- By participating in the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest, the Participant consents to the processing of their data by the Organizer as the Administrator of the data provided by the Participant during registration for purposes related to the conduct of the Contest, the selection of Winners, the potential awarding and delivery of Prizes or distinctions, and in connection with any complaint procedure.
- The Participant of the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest is informed, based on Articles 13 and 14 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”), that:
I. The Administrator of personal data is PRM CORP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, located in Czeladź, at Nowopogońska 98, 41-250 Czeladź, NIP: 6252466528, REGON: 381211948, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 fully paid, the operator of the Internet Service betIt.ai/ betIt.ai Application.
II. Personal data are processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (the Participant’s consent) for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Contest/Event, sending Prizes or distinctions in the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest.
III. The Participant may withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent should be submitted by email to bet@betit.ai to the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent will result in the inability to further process the Participant’s data by the Administrator.
IV. The following personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending potential Prizes or distinctions: name and surname, email address, correspondence address, username, phone number, age group/category.
V. Personal data may be shared with entities providing services to the Administrator related to the organization of the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest. Additionally, personal data may be transferred to state authorities or other entities authorized to receive such data under legal regulations.
VI. Personal data will be stored until the Participant withdraws their consent for data processing but no longer than:
A. 6 months after the conclusion of the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest for data such as: name, surname, email address, correspondence address, username, age group/category, phone number;
B. or until the expiry of the period of limitation of potential claims or the filing of a justified objection to processing.
VII. Obligation to provide data: Providing data is voluntary but necessary to contact the Administrator of the betIt.ai Internet Service, subscribe to the newsletter, place an order, create an account, withdraw from a contract, submit a complaint, participate in the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest, and receive any Prizes or distinctions.
VIII. Personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Articles 22(1) and (4) GDPR. Personal data will also not be transferred abroad, including to third countries. - Based on and subject to the limitations resulting from Articles 15-22 GDPR, the Participant has the right to access their data and receive a copy, the right to rectify (correct) their personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- All information obtained during the Contest is treated as confidential.
§10. Liability
- The Organizer will make every effort to ensure uninterrupted access to the betit.ai Internet Service. However, the Organizer reserves the right to interruptions or disruptions in access due to technical reasons, which may be caused by, among other things, modifications, upgrades, expansions, or maintenance of the software. The Organizer commits to minimizing the duration and impact of such interruptions for Participants.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the inability or difficulty in using the betit.ai Internet Service resulting from reasons attributable to the User (e.g., outdated operating system version, mobile device malfunction, errors related to browser incompatibility, insufficient internet connection speed) or third parties (network service providers, internet providers, etc.), as well as other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
- The Organizer is not liable for damages caused by the actions or omissions of Participants, particularly for using the betit.ai Internet Service in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws, the Regulations, or good practices.
- In the event that the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest cannot be held on the scheduled date due to technical reasons or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to set an additional date for its conduct. The Organizer will inform Participants about the change of date through the betit.ai Internet Service and/or via electronic means.
§11. Final Provisions
- These Regulations are available in electronic form on the Organizer’s betit.ai Internet Service.

- Changes to these Regulations take effect upon their announcement/publication on the betit.ai Internet Service.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates of shipping Prizes or distinctions specified in these Regulations for organizational or technical reasons. Participants will be informed of any changes via email or on the betit.ai Internet Service.
- The rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants of the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest are defined in these Regulations and in the mandatory provisions of law.
- The Organizer declares that this Olympic IQ 2024 Contest is not a game of chance, lottery, mutual bet, promotional lottery, game whose result depends on chance, or any other form specified in the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling.
- In the event of actions by the Participant that:
A. are inconsistent with these Regulations;
B. violate generally accepted norms of social coexistence;
C. are illegal;
D. violate the personal rights of third parties or other Participants; - The Organizer has the right to immediately exclude the Participant from the Olympic IQ 2024 Contest.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and generally applicable law shall apply.
- The Organizer’s decisions on matters not regulated by these Regulations are final.
- Special cases not specified in these Regulations will be considered by the Organizer based on applicable law.
