PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS, AND DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. to conclude and execute the contract (including contacting the client concerning the execution of the contract) – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; processing time: for the duration of the contract and until the claims arising from the contract are time-barred;
  2. to handle complaints and claims – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; processing time: for one year after the expiration of the warranty, guarantee, or claim settlement period;
  3. to pursue claims related to the concluded contract – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Data Controller understood as debt collection, conducting court proceedings, and enforcement proceedings; processing time: until the completion of court and enforcement proceedings;
  4. for archival (evidential) purposes – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; processing time: until the obligation to store data arising from legal provisions expires, particularly the obligation to process accounting documents;
  5. to offer products and services of our own products without using electronic communication means – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest understood as advertising one’s business; processing time: until an objection is raised;
  6. to offer products and services of our own products using electronic communication means – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest understood as advertising one’s business using email addresses, phone numbers; processing time: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised;
  7. to handle inquiries submitted via the contact form – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest understood as maintaining contact with a potential client; processing time: until the inquiry is answered.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA:

Your personal data may be transferred to other entities we cooperate with, in particular:

  • entities conducting postal or courier activities;
  • entities enabling us to perform remote payment transactions;state authorities or other entities authorized by law, to fulfill our obligations (Tax Office, PIP, ZUS);
  • entities cooperating with us, providing services on the basis of commission contracts, such as accounting firms, IT service providers, legal offices, provided that these entities process data based on a contract with the Data Controller and only according to the instructions of the Data Controller.

VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA:

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and execute the contract. If data is not provided, it will not be possible to conclude and execute the order. Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.

RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

  • access to your personal data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
  • to object;
  • data portability;
  • to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where the basis for processing is your consent (withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent).

RIGHT TO OBJECT:

  1. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of data based on legitimate interest, excluding direct marketing.
  2. We will stop processing your data for this purpose unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or your data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  3. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes. We will stop processing data for this purpose if you exercise this right.

AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING:

  1. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  2. In the course of our activities, we use cookies, but we do not process personal data within the meaning of GDPR in this context.

  1. Your data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization;

INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES AND ACCESS LOGS:

1. The BetIt.ai website uses cookies to adapt the service to your needs and for statistical and advertising purposes.
2. Thanks to cookies, you can use all functions of the website.
3. Cookies are small text files sent by the online store to your device and stored on that device (e.g., on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or memory card of a smartphone – depending on the device you are using).
4. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
5. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies.

-creating statistics that help understand how users use the BetIt.ai service, which allows improving its structure and content;
-maintaining the user’s session, so that the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the service;
-defining the user’s profile to display tailored materials in advertising networks (especially the Google network).

11. The administrator collects information about the use of the service by its users and their IP addresses based on the analysis of access logs. This information is used to diagnose problems related to server operation, analyze security breaches, and manage the website.
12. The IP address is also used for statistical purposes, i.e., to collect and analyze demographic data of people visiting the service. This data is collective and anonymous, i.e., it does not contain features identifying individuals visiting the service.
